Write Post Fails – Script Running?

I am in the process of moving my blog from WordPress.com to a hosted account on GoDaddy. I have made excellent progress, and I’m getting things the way that I want them to be. I have a major issue, however.

When I go to write a new post, my screen locks up and after a minute an information box pops up and tells me that there is a script running, and asks me if I want to stop it or let it continue. I have done both, and neither has worked. When I stop it, I can write a post, but when I go to add images it brings me to a new screen and I lose my post. If I let the script continue, it just keeps popping up the box and continuing to be locked up.

Has anyone else run into this, and if so how did you fix it?
