• Hi there, I’ve noticed that the plugin stores the generated files in
wp-content/wpvividbackups and this is a problem with hosting platforms that don’t offer write access to the wp-content directory/path.

Are there any overrides we can add via php to change the location of the generated files if we want to store them locally to the server?

I’m thinking of having it inside the wp-content/uploads/wpvividbackups
Creating a symlink would do the trick but I was just wondering if there is a one-liner code we can add to wp-config.php to define the storage path?

    Hello @jahz

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Backing up the wp-content folder requires write permission to the folder.

And it is still recommended to assign 755 permissions to all your files/folders to ensure success backups.

    All the best,
