wptouch.4.0.3 fails to load

I had been using wptouch for the past 6-months on my site, http://www.FrequencyMartialArts.com.

The other day, the menu just came up as a black box. I tried trouble shooting it, deactivating it, reactivating it, uninstalling and reinstalling.

Still no luck.

Now when I try to install the plugin, it fails to install because it says the plugin is already in my file, but it’s not.

Any thoughts?
