WPOptimizer doesn’t clean up images

    I have purchased wp Optimizer Pro today specifically to clean up old files of images. I have been on the page for scanning images on my website and after two hours the circle is still going round and round and nothing happens. I have tried again, again 2 hours without any reponse. So I can only conclude that this plug in does not work and I would appreciate having my money returned.

    @ramsbotham I think you have submitted ticket to our Paid Support center.

    I’ve asked your for PHP error logs, could you please share the PHP error logs in the ticket please?

    @sterndata Yes they have submitted the request to our Paid support and we are helping them at our Paid Support center.
