I have a WPMU and want to sell sites inside of it.

Seeking on recommendations on:
1. Where to host?
2. VPS or dedicated server?

And also any plugins or freelance workers to setup an e-commerce deployment, with this workflow:

a. Customers selects shopping cart option and pays.
b. Customer selects template and domain
