WPMS an Active Directory

I have installed WPMS and am using WPMU Ldap Authentication plugin to connect to AD.

what i really want is:
once the user login with domain account
a blog will be created automatically with the user name

my current sit hierarchy is as follows:
http://emaple.com/sites/

if user1 logs in it will take him to :
http://emaple.com/sites/user1

where /user1/ is the user’s blog

can you help me urgently am about to deliver this project.
