WPForms summary email incorrect

My weekly summary this week said I have 17 entries on my enquire form. Which none have been emailed to me during the week.
I have tested the form from my mobile, iPad and computer and I receive those enquiries immediately into my email, so I know there isn’t any problem with receiving. Also, when I check my website analytics, there have been zero page views of my enquiry form… so these 17 entries?? Where did they come from and apparently I can only see them if I pay $200 AUS.
Anyone provide any insight as to why this could be happening?
