  • Hi Everyone

    I’m setting up the website in the link. This is the first time I’ve used WPForms, since previous websites I used never needed it.

    In notifications, I have tried my email and the website owner’s email under ‘Send To Email Address’.

    Notifications are set to ‘On’ and the form is on the website. When the form is submitted the whole thank you message works. Unfortunately, the email set up for notifications won’t receive anything in their inbox.

    I’ve tried setting up WP Mail SMTP. I have ‘force from mail’ and my email in the From Email section under settings. Funnily enough, even if I try a test email, it won’t send.

    I’ve followed the advice in this thread to no avail/ With the exception of the GoDaddy fix (which seems like a little too much gravy for the potato):

    Is there anything else I can try to troubleshoot/fix the issue?

    Thanks in advanced for any assistance. I’m a little rusty with web stuff (because my work is in Data Analytics!) so the simpler the better if possible 😀 :D.
