WPForms lite don’t work

Dear Community,

I am currently evaluating whether I will use Hestia as a CMS for my new company. Unfortunately, I don’t get WP Forms activated and I can’t understand the errors. Maybe you can help me solve the problem.

When I try to activate the WP Forms Lite plug-in, I get the following error message:

Furthermore, I cannot deactivate or delete the plugin in order to reinstall it.
