I am using WPForms Lite for now, and have Litespeed Cache installed with JS deferred to bottom. I seem to be receiving my test form submissions fine, however I would like to know if the form will still be OK even though I get the following message:

Heads up! WPForms has detected an issue with JavaScript on this page. JavaScript is required for this form to work properly, so this form may not work as expected. See our troubleshooting guide to learn more or contact support.
This message is only displayed to site administrators.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @helenrad,

    Thanks for contacting us!

The notice appears on the top of the form only for the administrators indicating there are possible issues with JavaScript in your site that might cause issues with the form. The notice is not displayed to the visitors. So, the form might still be functioning properly.

However, in our experience, the Javascript error message shows up when JS minification is at work. Though it can be handy in optimizing the page load time, however, Javascript optimization also causes a lot of conflicts and issues. As you’re using Litespeed cache plugin, when you have some time, could you please disable the JS minification and see if that fixes the issues?

    Thanks!
