WPForm DB missing some data

Hi,
I am using WPForms to implement our form functionality, and the data is stored in the WPForms database. The plugin is always updated to the latest version, but it seems that some submissions are saved while others are not.

Email notifications are received every time a form is submitted; however, there is a discrepancy between the email notifications and the data stored in the form database.

How should I address this issue?
