WPFC interfering with Popup Behavior

    My site uses WPFC and also a popup plugin called ConvertPlus.
    If I clear all cache, the popup works fine.
    However, it stops showing after a while, as the caching kicks in.
    How do I exclude the popup code (or whatever) so that it can work while I have WPFC deployed?
