Hello,
Thank you for reporting this. We have escalated the issue to our QA and development teams for further investigation.
I’ll report back as soon as they advise, and we’ll let you know if we need any additional information from your side.
In the meantime, it would be very helpful if you could also open a private ticket through our main support channel. This will allow us to collect more details about your specific setup, such as your WordPress and PHP versions, server environment, active plugins, and other relevant information, which may help our team reproduce the issue.
You can follow this guide to contact our support team: https://help.wpdatatables.com/en/articles/39-how-to-contact-support.
You can simply select the Pre-purchase category when opening the ticket, so you won’t need to provide a license to submit it.
Thank you for your cooperation. We’ll keep you updated once our QA and developers have investigated this further.
Kind regards,
Milos
Hello,
Thank you for your patience while we investigated this.
Our QA team has tested wpDataTables with different themes and plugin combinations, but so far we have not been able to reproduce the same MCP error on our side.
To help us determine whether this could be caused by a conflict on your installation, could you please try the following?
- Temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme and check whether the error still occurs. Although we don’t currently suspect the theme, this will help us rule it out.
- If the issue remains, deactivate all other plugins except wpDataTables and check again.
- If the error disappears with only wpDataTables active, start reactivating the other plugins one by one. After each plugin is activated, refresh the page where you previously saw the error and check whether the issue appears again.
If the error returns after activating a particular plugin, please let us know which plugin caused it, as this would give us a strong indication of a plugin conflict.
If you are unable to isolate a conflict and the issue still occurs with only wpDataTables active, please open a private support ticket through our main support channel using the guide I mentioned previously:
https://help.wpdatatables.com/en/articles/39-how-to-contact-support
You can select the Pre-purchase category when submitting the ticket, so you won’t need to provide a license.
In the private ticket, we can collect additional information about your specific environment, including your WordPress and PHP versions, server configuration, active plugins, and other relevant details, and continue the investigation from there.
Thank you again for helping us narrow this down.
Kind regards,
Milos
