Hi,
just wanted to check, but your cache seems to be empty.
I checked it under 7.3 and it’s still working.
Something else changed?
Cheers

Hey, thnx for the quick reply.
I upgraded this machine from jessie -> stretch -> buster last week. Changed db engine from mysql-server-5.3 to mariadb-server-10.3 and php version from 5.6.40+dfsg-0+deb8u10 to 7.3.14-1~deb10u1
WP was updated from <I don't know what> to current (5.4)
When I run the cache updater it says:
Reading pages. Please wait...
Merch
Rebuilding Page 1 of 1...
Done
Successfully stored page 1
Maybe I should check on the actual shop @ spreadshirt π

Wow, this is odd. When I try to log in to spreadshirt the site says We donβt know your e-mail address yet. …. they suspended my account without warning?
Sorry to bother you with this, will investigate on my end ..

Ended up opening a new shop.
Added shop id, api-key and api-secret.
Rebuilt the cache.
Page still empty with the cache notice.
Do you have any cache plugin enabled, please disable and try again to rebuild cache.

Not that I know of.
The only plugins I have installed are:
Akismet Anti-Spam
Classic Editor
Gigs Calendar
Simple Flickr Photostream
SSL Insecure Content Fixer
The Future is Now!
WP-Spreadplugin
You already have added products to this shop and used the correct shop id (the number)?

Should be, but I also sent a bug report to spreadshirt. My shop is in .nl but my .net shop is empty somehow, I think for the API key the products have to be in .net also right?
(spreadshirt and their stupid localization system ..)
Hm, can you switch the language? Try “Dutch” or “WordPress default” in Spreadplugin Settings and try “Rebuild cache” again.

I first installed the update (4.6.7), then changed Shop language: to dutch. Saved. Rebuilt cache.
Still no items.

Ok, I totally did things wrong. I was using the userid and I thought it would add marketplace products, but in fact I should’ve opened a shop (what is the difference? I have no clue, spreadshirt didn’t have this distinction in the past I think ..).
Then I added the products to the shop, then used the shopid .. and now it works!
so, sorry for bothering you .. maybe it’s good to mention these things in the documentation.
cheers!
ps; it does seem quite buggy still. can’t add anything to the basket, but I’ll open a new request once I really get stuck again
