WP_Rewrite Fatal Error

I’m trying to setup wordpress on my site. In step 5, i went to the address http://www.website.com/wp-admin/install.php like it said. This error came up.
Fatal error: Class ‘WP_Rewrite’ not found in /home/a6981604/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 234How might I fix this?
