Hi @odommo, thanks for reaching out to us over this issue.

It’s interesting that outgoing connections to our servers look good, but only the connection coming back into your site is causing errors. In many cases, your host will be able to resolve connectivity issues such as this because they can run traceroutes to see where exactly the request is stopping, so it could be worth opening a support ticket with them at the same time too.

So we can understand a little more about your site, can you send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

Note: For the fastest response time, please make sure and add any information or questions directly to this topic and not the email address above unless asked.

    Thanks,

    Peter.

    Hi @odommo,

As we haven’t received a diagnostic report in some time, hopefully your host was able to identify where the problem was occurring. Please bear in mind the holiday period if you follow-up in the coming days.

If you have any further questions about Wordfence, please start a new topic any time and we’ll be glad to help out!

    Thanks,

    Peter.
