WP_Query with Types plugin

I am using “Types” plugin(http://wp-types.com/) to create custom post type. I have added a couple of custom fields and taxonomies.

I want to get post using WP_Query with filtering some of custom fields and taxonomies.

I don’t see any documentation on their site. can anyone help me to do this?
