wp_posts hacked by insert new records

    hello：
    my wordpress always hacked by insert some new records. I only install by default theme and nothing plugin added.The problem is:
    1) I can view the records hacked from wp_posts table from Phpmyadmin, but I can not see the hacked data from dashboard.
    2) after I delete the records and few days, new data add again.
    3) I have change the URL of admin login.

    Any ideas for the problem?
