go to phpmyadmin, select that table and use “repair table”. if it will not help, you’ll have to restore backup (you have it right?;-)

Same problem was mine.
Updated a few days ago 4.1 this morning it says this and i try to solve problem but i can’t. And now say wp_options: Table 'whereismywings1.wp_options' doesn't exist.
I think after many hour i deleted wp_options. So is there any solution something rollback or re-create wp_options ?
info: today the wp admin interface said : you need to update your database. when i start the update process then all the things happened.

After getting this at /wp-admin

define(‘WP_ALLOW_REPAIR’, true);”
the repair did not fix wp_options
the myphpadmin repair of the table as noted above did work
