• I have seen several posts on this issue, and found no satisfying solution to the problem:

the client has added a new page to the menu , but it ‘s not highlighted in the menu , Firebug shows there is NO “current-menu-item” nor “current_page_item” nor anything of that effect added to the “li” class.

Last time I’ve posted about the problem ( the same on another page of the website) was 4 months ago 🙁
    Client unhappy.
Has anyone found ANY solution in the meantime?

    THANK YOU SO MUCH!

  • If you are using a custom menu of any sort (and not the default pages menu), this is going to happen as new pages are not then automatically added to the menu.

This is the page with the issue:
    http://mariusschwemmer.de/impressionen/galerie/

As you can see, all is well with the “Galerie” and “Rezensionen” Link, but why all of a sudden, “Audiobeispiele” does not get eth “current-menu-item” class?

It’s a page that has been added to the same menu .

    :-/
