WP_multilingual – admin interface

I’ve installed the WP_Multilingual plugin…

All my settings are ok, according to the instructions:
http://made.com.ua/multilingual/

The only part that’s not working for me is the Admin UI… I don’t really follow what I have to do to customize the Admin UI… not just the ‘editor’.
