WP_List_Table breaks it

Because this plugin relies on WP_List_Table that comes with WordPress, it breaks in version 4. Shouldn’t rely on that in plugins or themes, should include a version of WP_List_Table in your plugin.
I’ve done this for my installs and it works fine.
