WP User Avatar Issues

    Hello,

    The default avatar we have supplied for users on our wordpress site who have not uploaded their own avatars is activated in the admin.

    Although checked off in the admin, the avatar is not working for these users. It’s grayed out as if the default avatar does not exist.

    Any suggestions as to why this is happening would be appreciated. Thanks!
