WP-Table Reloaded multiple tables

One site I’m working with has a large number of tables that need to be updated weekly. The data is exported from a database program as a .csv file. Is there any way to create some sort of single file that would update all 100+ tables at once? My thought was being able to create some sort of ‘dump’ file so it would only take one import instead of doing each table individually. I haven’t found anything that references a situation like this – but it would be an awesome feature that would save a lot of time importing individual files.
