The timestamp is in the header (not header.php or page header)of the file xxx.html.
Try this:
1. Reset WP Super Cache to defaults.
2. Clear server cache.
3. Clear your local browser cache.
4. Run site and look at output HMTL source code for WP Super Cache info at bottom of page.
Does it show the page was just cached?
If so it is now working OK. If not, try re-installing and here is a bit of help:
Disable (or deactivate) caching plugins when working on your site, that is when updating site files, adding plugins, changing themes, CSS, etc (not when writing posts). Enable once site is tested and runs fine…
Thanks so much Seacoast…I found this at the bottom of the page. (If I did this right; I looked at the source code on the page).
This was in the bottom area

Here’s more code from the bottom

I’ll remember to deactivate caching plugins when working on the site – Thanks for the tip.
I’m still getting an ‘F’ on caching 🙂
or rather the website is still getting an ‘F’ in caching 🙂
I’ve reinstalled Super Cache and turned on caching with the same results; timestamps do not match – and virtually no caching is going on…THis is the second caching plugin that is not working. (Do any of these work?)
