WP Super Cache Plugin disabling Form field

    Hey Guys, So I have started to use the WP Super cache plugin and it seems to really speed up my page and works well. The only issue i have is, I have a simple form field in my page (created using another plugin called MetForms) used to get signups. After I activate the Super cache plugin, the field disappears from the page and when I deactivate the cache plugin, it reappears. I know for sure that WP cache plugin is causing the issue, I just don’t know how to fix it. Is there any settings i need to do in the Super cache plugin? Pls let me know, any help would be appreciated 🙂 Thx.
