Hi there,
Please check the plugin settings, especially the ones pertaining to the geolocation settings (see screenshot). If you are restricting the geocoding operations to only the USA, it could be that the canadian stores are not getting the coordinates right when saving the stores. Disable that checkbox and try again.
Also, double check your canadian stores, if all went well when creating them, they should have coordinates in the latitude and longitude fields, otherwise they won’t appear in the map. If some stores are missing the coordinates, click the “preview location” button in the preview map in the edit store view, on the right pane. That should re-generate the coordinates.
Please try and get back to us if that doesn’t work.
