Dear Sir/Madam,

Just installed and I can smush by upload photos to the media library upload, but the bulk smush button clicks and nothing happens

I checked the JavaScript console for errors:
“Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘error_msg’ of undefined” for wp-smushit-admin.js line 266

Would you please help me to solve this?

Hi @larryli1017,

Do you see any other errors in console?

Is it possible for you to monitor the Ajax request for Smush.

You can check it in Network tab, I need to see the result obtained from request.

I’m having this same issue on WPengine:

I got this from the network tab:
it calls /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?lang=en?action=wp_smushit_manual&attachment_id=4262&get_next=0 and the response is ‘0’

Hi @emilnygaard,

We’re aware of the above conflict with WPML, and a fix is included in upcoming release.
