WP SEO by Yoast, sitemap issue using multisite

I have wp multisite (4.2.1) enabled (using subfolders option) on this website
http://48newmanstreet.co.uk/

Domain is mapped and the original url has this structure http://affinitybarsandrestaurants.co.uk/48newmanstreettavern/

Seo plugin by yoast although is generating a sitemap that continues to create full path links with the subdomain instead not the mapped domain http://affinitybarsandrestaurants.co.uk/48newmanstreettavern/page-sitemap.xml

Does someone know how to solve this issue?
