WP Registration Form not capturing entries

I use the Simple Contact Form on my website to get contacts, but it is not storing the entries though I have WPForms Pro version. I receive notification emails but the entries are not stored though I have a Pro version. Please help! I’m trying to integrate Zapier with WPForms to use the entries to send personlized emails; no luck there either.
