wp redirect automatically

I have a page slug “downloads”
http://www.domain.com/downloads/ – but when I want to access
http://www.domain.com/download/ URL it redirects to first one (downloads)
I might edit before “downloads” slug form “download”, but I cleaned DB from “wp_old_slug” entries so?
This is static page in question not post.
Is there any other place in DB where WP remembers/redirects modified slugs?
