FTP into your site (or whatever file management application your host provides) & delete the wp-content/plugins/placester folder.

I’m sorry but as you are using a non-WPORG theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developers – paid or otherwise. We only support themes downloaded from wordpress.org here.

Not ones designed specifically for real estate, no. But then I don’t think you need one. Any theme from http://wordpress.org/themes/ could be used with any extra functionality coming from plugins. It’s not the theme that makes a good site. It’s what you do with it and the work you put into the content that does.
