WP Polls not working in admin dashboard

    I am trying to insert wp-polls to admin dashboard. I am using Dashboard Widget Sidebar to add wp-polls to my /wp-admin dashboard. When I try to submit a poll by hitting vote, nothing happens. Through firebug, I am able to observe the following error everytime I hit the vote button:

    ReferenceError: poll_vote is not defined

    <!DOCTYPE html>
