WP-Polls Add Border Around Poll (CSS?)

    Hey everyone,

    I just downloaded the WP-Polls plug-in and I am trying to add a visible border around the poll.

    I have been messing with polls-css.css, polls-css-rtl.css and see no changes when I try to do something.

    Am I doing something wrong? What should I be doing to add the border?
