    Hey guys,

    After evenings and evenings of searching the interwebs is it possible to include my phpbb forums in a wordpress page?

    As of right now my wordpress is installed in my main public_html folder, and my phpbb is installed in a forums folder.

    I saw a couple of outdated plugins but nothing works since im running newer versions of both.

    Any ideas please?

    I assume you have read about this plugin?

    I’m not seeing very many other options, you can install phpbb on the same server and link it to your WP page and your members can login there, food for thought.

    Yeah it doesn’t work. Its been outdated for 2 years.

    I was trying to figure out how to make a new .php file and have it in the WP folder. Then try to include my phpbb forum into the content area…

    Seems complicated and probably wouldn’t work

    It does indeed seem complicated, have you looked into just hosting phpbb on the same server you have WP installed on and just having the linked displayed somewhere on your WP site?

    Seems like a simple and effective way to use both.

    Yeah. I settled with bbpress. I really wanted the forum to open in my content area and I can accomplish that with bbpress.

    But now I need to learn bbpress ha…
