    Hi

I’ve installed the wp membership plug in. It seem to work, after creating a new member upon logging in the first time…it redirects to the correct member page. However after logging out, and trying to log back in again…it takes you to the staff login page showing the member info…it does not direct to the correct page. I have set the after log in redirect page to the correct page. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

    Rick

Thanks for including a link. The form on that page is not WP-Members and a look at your HTML header indicates WP-Members is not installed (or at least is not activated) on your site. So… that’s a different plugin than WP-Members.

    Hi Chad

It is the wp membership and it is installed and activated. I use short codes to include the plug in in the header. Like I said in my original post. When you first create a new member – staff. the redirect works…but when you log out and try to log back in…it takes you to the the staff log in screen which shows the following.

    Logged in as
    rickw
    Account Status
    Active
    Membership
    Staff
    Account Expiry
    Never
    Edit Profile
    Logout

A quick look at the generated HTML of your page indicates that WP-Members is not what you have installed. What you have is Simple Membership. You need to go to the support forum for that plugin.

Thanks Chad…you are correct. I was able to go simple wp membership and find the solution. I’m sorry I wasted everyone’s time…but I do appreciate the replies as they put me on the right track! Thanks!
