WP.me Shortlinks Issue

    Hi we are working on a dev version of our website and now all of our WP.me Short Links are redirecting to that new locked web page. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting to jetpack but no luck so far. Any luck would be appreciated. No one has replied to me using the jetpack support form.

    Hi Robert –

    I opened up the site and it looks quite familiar. This forum is the Jetpack forum but you’ve not made any other recent posts here. Do you think they may have been made over in the WordPress.com public support forums? I also work over there, so maybe that’s where I saw the site.

    ucnj.org checks out great in our debug tool. There’s not any connection issues or errors showing up.

    Are you able to rewind the site? Do you remember the last thing changed before the shortlinks were affected? And, can you share an example of one of the affected links? Thank you.
