I am attempting to use WP MAIL SMTP to send emails from a website form and am failing so far.

I am using GoDaddy, DesignSetPro (using their form) and Brevo. Emails are not being delivered.

I have set up and authorized Brevo, checked the DNS record entries and have the api key in place.

When I try to use WP Mail SMTP’s tool “Send a test email” I get a warning:

Action Needed: It doesn’t look like the DKIM record required by Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) has been added to your domain. Please check out our step-by-step guide for details on how to add this record to your domain’s DNS.”

However, I have checked and insured that the DKIM and DMARC records for the website DNS are a match to what Brevo shows.

The warning message persists and is unresolved. It does not appear to impact functionality, however.

I have been able to resolve a functionality issue I have been having that is apparently unrelated. (This issue was due to a case sensitivity issue with email addresses somewhere in the toolchain I am using.)

I am marking this resolved, as I have fixed my functionality issue and don’t need a fix for whatever this issue is.
