    Hi @jalaladdin,

    I apologize for any confusion. When you get a chance, could you please go to WP Mail SMTP -> Settings page and check the Mailer field? If this is set to Default (PHP), that means you haven’t configured any mailer yet.

    You need to configure WP Mail SMTP plugin with a mailer on your choice. In case it helps, here’s WP Mail SMTP documentation for setting up each of the available mailers.
