wp-login.php won't let me access to admin

Hello,

I just moved my WP site from live to localhost, updated URLS, checked that everything worked and followed all the recommendations found here: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-wordpress-login-page-refreshing-and-redirecting-issue/ and in several wordpress forum threads.

I don’t know what else to do, any idea?
