wp-jscrollpane

I have multiple sites, using thesis 1.84 so when I use wp-jscrollpane, I cannot change the values for one site and then for another, because when I change the values for one site it is the same for the other site, I want to have different values for each site, How can I do this, please help, I looked everywhere around the web and nobody has this problem.. I have the newest version of wp-jscrollpane
