    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /kunden/187871_90762/webseiten/wordpress/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/wp-gdpr-compliance/wp-gdpr-compliance.php on line 31

    I just downloaded and tried to activate the plugin, but it had a fatal error.

    You need PHP version 5.3 or higher. Older versions are not supported. Please consider upgrading your PHP version as soon as possible, as you’re very vulnerable to exploits right now. PHP 5.2 is 12 years old..

    I have updated php to 5.3 and it works.
