• Hi, Just letting you know that wp freshdesk was at first installed successfully on my network. But after deactivating and activating it, wp freshdesk locked me out of my login page. Only after I removed the plugin from my server I was able to us my wp-admin area again.

    it seems that wp-freshdesk.php was having issues, my wp-admin could not load, my front of the website was accessible.

    Further is wp freshdesk interfering with my customizer. The wp customizer could not load with wp freshdesk active.

    Hey @rsioncke ,

    Thank you for being so patient. We have checked the issue which is causing when activating the plugin on a Multisite network and it will be fixed in our next update.

    Also, I checked on our end if WP Freshdesk is affecting the Customizer and no such issue occurred as mentioned by you.

    Also, while deactivating the Plugin there is no issue occurred at our end.
