Sorry to hear about the troubles with the wide not showing up.
From what you mentioned, it looks like a problem with how the WP Forms widget “talks” to Elementor. I’d first check if you can find the widget elsewhere (e.g. the regular widget section) in your site. If it does, and if it still doesn’t show up in the list of elementor widgets, I’d recommend reaching out to WP Forms Support and/or Elementor support.
