Hi there. I was hoping you could help me. I have two recaptcha on my site. One is on my wp contact form and the other is in my mailerlite sign-up form. I have Google simple catcha plug-in installed. I verified my wp forms recaptcha with google which I know works. My recaptcha on wp contact form doesn’t work because the two recpatchas conflict. I did a plug-in elimination test to determine that when the mailerlite plug in is installed the wp form recaptcha doesn’t work. The mailerlite recaptcha always works. I enabled the check mark in wp forms to avoid conflicts but this didn’t help. I also checked with mailerlite support and they said they didn’t know of any conflict. I am trying to get everything to work toghether which is not easy. Is there any advice you can give me as to how to fix this? I’m not a techie person, so something that doesn’t require any code would be best. Thanks for your help.
    Best,
    Diana

  • Hello @notatechie18,

Thanks for writing in and we’re sorry to hear about the troubles you’re facing.

When you get the chance, can you please enable the No-Conflict Mode in WPForms > Settings > CAPTCHA? Please check this screenshot for reference.

I hope this helps and please feel free to let us know how it goes.

Hi there. I tried what you suggested but unfortunately it didn’t work. I still get a message that says “this field required.”

I tried to fix this with another solution. I switched from recaptcha to hcaptcha to see if this would resolve my problem but it created another. When you try to use the contact form at my site, dianageorgelos.com, I get a weird message. It looks like both the recaptcha and hcaptcha are both loading even though the hcaptcha is the only captcha selected. It show the recaptcha logo with this message: “error for owner. Invalid site key. and then the hcpatcha below it.” I’ve cleared the cache, and clicked the no conflicts button. Is there anything else I can do to fix this? Please let me know. Thanks!

I uninstalled and reinstalled the plug-in. Seemed to fix the problem.
