WP forgetting admin passwords repeatedly

I just moved a site to another web host, under a SSL certificate, and changed the settings for “wordpress address” and “site address” to a new URL with https://…

I moved the database over, via phpmyadmin and replaced the URLs using SQL queries.

When I still ran into image issues, I used the Export and Import “Tools” so now everything works.

Problem: However, when trying to login to the …com/wp-admin area, WordPress keeps forgetting the password, for all users.

We can use the “lost password” function and login immediately after, but later, it will say the same password is incorrect.

Any ideas? I have no clue…
