WP Flickr Post Bar Problems

I’ve been using this plugin for many, many months with no problems. Just used it the other day as well. Today when I go to create a post and where the flickr thumbnails would automatically load, I get this error over and over again:

Warning:fsockopen()unable to connect blah, blah, blah

Anybody else seen this or know what the solution is?
