wp-ecommerce post conflict

Hi, i just want to ask if anybody experience the same thing as what i experienced in wp e-commerce. If e commerce is activated, the post will not be shown, page not found. Ill try to revert permalinks and htaaccess but no luck. Please anyone tell me how did you fix the same issue. Thank you. Your help will be a great help to others also.
