WP Downgrade – does it work with multisite?

I just used it to Downgrade WP Multisite 4.9 to 4.8.3
You need to
a) activate the plugin in the network and then call the page from /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wp_downgrade
b) from a subsite Settings > WP Downgrade page enter the Version number and then execute

I got the following errors which I hope will be resolved when I again update to 4.9 and higher:
