It’s inadvisable to alter any code that’s subject to periodic updates for that very reason. All customization should be done via the various action and filter hooks available. Code using these hooks can reside in your own files, implemented as a custom plugin, theme, or child theme.

It’s important to hire someone well versed in this concept. We do not allow any conversations related to soliciting paid help in these forums. Sadly, people with bad intent sometimes peruse forums looking for grift opportunities. For your own protection, you are advised to ignore any unsolicited contacts due to this topic. A couple places where you can hire knowledgeable developers are https://jobs.wordpress.net/ and https://jetpack.pro/.

    Hi bcworkz
    sorry for late reply
I am asking about RTL coding concepts
I donot intend to hire any one from forum
    as an owner
what are the deliverables which i should ask for when the RTL work is finished?
    Thank you

You’re not late, replies are frequently slow in these forums as everyone is a volunteer. Just mentioning you will hire someone elsewhere can result in unsolicited contacts. I recommend not replying to any such inquiries.

I would make a list of all the problems you need corrected. Successful completion of the work would involve correcting everything in the list, all without introducing any new problems. Bear in mind the person you hire may not read any RTL language, so the list may need to be overly descriptive. It’s an added benefit if someone reads the same language, or at least reads one of the RTL languages. But requiring such a qualification restricts the pool of potential devs you could hire. I’d rather have an experienced dev who does not read RTL over a marginal dev who does read RTL.
